For many Americans, battlefields can seem very far away, in other places and times, but there's a monumental war raging that's much closer to home. Our Lady of Fatima told us in 1917, “the world’s final battle will be against marriage & the family.” Its destruction is before us.
The building block of society is the family, so if the family fails, so does our society. No one wants their marriage or family to fail; therefore, we need a roadblock to make difficult or impossible the path to destruction. Our goal is to be the roadblock by providing onsite activities that sanctify the family through disciplined family life, prayer, sacraments, Grace, and the Blessed Eucharist. Each of these activities offers a source of spiritual, mental, and physical renewal.
We also want to be good stewards of the land regenerating God’s bounty, invigorating in man his need to see, appreciate, and care for God's creation. All of these activities will be done as a family, for a family, or individually to renew oneself before going back to sanctify our families.
A popular misconception today is self-sufficiency, and it is a trick of the devil. God didn’t create man to be isolated permanently. We need our families, and each other, to build the bond of society. Our Lord's commandments are to Love God and Love our Neighbor. Since our first neighbor is our spouse and those in our family, we must do so. As long as God's bond is uniting our family, we thrive. When our binding force is severed, we lose the battle. Let's strive to never let that bond be broken by building that roadblock together.

Our biggest need currently is financial support to continue operations, continue retreats, and events. We are a not-for-profit, which means no one gets paid, and we rely totally on donations.
